CROSSING THE RAILWAY.
MOTOR-BUS DRIVER FINED. A fine of £2 and costs for crossing the railway line at Te Papapa in his motorbus on April 11 without keeping a lookout, or waiting for an approaching train to pass, was imposed on T. G. White in the Onehnnga Police Court yesterday. Defendant stated that owing to the rattle of his bus he did not hear the engine whistle.
