failure of a company. CANADIAN HOLDERS' LOSSES. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. (Received Juno 3, 5.5 p.m.) VANCOUVER, June 2. Policy-holders throughout Canada are financially affected to a large extent by the voluntary liquidation of the Dominion Gresham Guarantee Casualty Company of Montreal. According to officials of tho concern in Eastern Canada the failure is ,i sequel to proceedings instituted by the Government to confiscate .£400,000 worth of bonds deposited by the company for liquor shipments At the recent Customs investigation counsel alleged that many of these bonds should be forfeited owing to irregularities as regards shipments.
