Raglan: Mr. W. Lee Martin, M.P. Waimarino: Mr. F. Langstone. Napier: Mr. W. E. Barnard, of Helensville. Palinerston North: Mr. W. Bromley. Manawatu: Mr. J. Taylor. Hutt: Mr. W. Nash. Westland: Mr. J. O'Brien. Buller: Mr. H. E. Holland, M.P. Lyttelton Mr. J. McCombs, M.P. .Avon: Mr. D. G. Sullivan, M.P. Christchurch North: Rev. J. K. Archer. Christchurch South: Mr. E. J. Howard, M.P. Christchurch East: Mr. H. T. Armstrong, M.P. Candidates for the Wellington seats will be announced during the coming week. Candidates for the following seats have already been nominated by the local organisation and the selections will be announced after the next meeting of the National Executive: —Marsden, Kaipara, Tauranga, and Masterton. Candidates have been nominated and selection ballots are being organised for the following electorates:—Roskill, Eden, Parnell and Hauraki, Hawke's Bay, Waitomo, Kaiapoi, Riccarton, Chalmers, Bnnedin Central. Dunedin North, Dunedin South. Dnnedin West, and Awarua.

Active organisation Ips been carried out in the Waikato, Tauranga, Rotorua and Franklin electorates by the Country Party. Mr. P. Keegan, of Whakatane, is to contest the Waikato ser t in the interests of the patty. The organiser, Mr. R. H. Feisgt, said "to-day that candidates would be nominated for the Tauranga and Rotorua seats. Arrangements had not boon completed at Franklin, but ifc was probable, he said, that a candidate Would also be nominated for that seat.
