The object of the Bill is to authorise the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the City of Auckland to take over and declare as a public street a strip of land of a uniform width of thirty-six decimal four links, running through part of Allotment three. Section eleven. Suburbs of Auckland, and leading from Remuera Road to certain sections of land on Mount Hobson. The abovementioned Bill will be introduced into Parliament by or on behalf of the Auckland City Council.
