PARADE DISTURBED.
YOUTH FINED ONE POUND, " Look here, you ought to know better than to do that sort of thing," said Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday, when he fined Charles Day, a youth, £1 and costs on a charge of having obstructed a military parade at Ellerslie by mocking the order of the commander. Describing the incident, the lieutenant who nad charge of the company said: " While 1 had the cadets on parade in the street this youth, with others standing on the corner, imitated my commands. This hindered the parade and finally I had to dismiss the company. I warned them, but they did not heed me."
