WAITEMATA COUNTY.
ADDRESS TO RATEPAYERS. A meeting of ratepayers of the WaitemaU County was addressed by Mr. G. O'Halloran, member for the Takapuna. Riding, at Brown' 3 Bay on Saturday evening. Mr. A. Harris, M.P., was present.
