AKARANA CLUB. A Canadian foursomes competition will be played by members of the Akarana Golf Club to-day. The draw for partners will commence at the clubhouse at noon. AUCKLAND LADIES' CLUB. The best score returned in the coronation medal competition play by members of the Auckland Ladies' Golf Club at Middlemore yesterday was that of Mrs. Dufatir, 82, 8—74. Other scores were Miss L. Cut.field, 92, 13—79; Mrs. Rutherford, 93, 12—81; Mrs. Hedges, 89, 6—83. WAITEMATA LADIES' CLUB. A stroke competition played by members of the Waitemata Ladies' Golf Club was won by Mrs. Atkinson, 89, 17 —72. Other scores were:—Mrs. Hay, 91, 16 — 75; Mrs. Walsh, 108, 29—79; Mrs. Prime, 100. 21—79. The scores fbr the eclectic match were as follows:—Mrs. Walsh, 97, 31—66; Mrs. Rudge, 97, 28—69; Miss Paterson, 101, 32 —69; Mrs. Bayly, 102, 28—74. The first round of the C grade eclectic match resulted in a tie between Mrs. Gooding (80) and Miss M. Mason (80). The match for Mrs. Gold water's trophies will be played on Wednesday.
