INDIAN CONSTITUTION.
LIBERALS' NEW SCHEME. DOMINION STATUS SOUGHT. Australian arid N.Z. Press Association. (Received May 22, 6.35 p.m.) DELHI. May 22. The South Indian Liberal Federation has decided to place before the Indian Commission, under the chairmanship of Sir John Simon, a scheme for constitutional reform. This will suggest a central government of the Federal type on the lines of the Australian system, with a claim for full Dominion status.
