DWELLING BURNED DOWN.
BRIGADE UNABLE TO HELP. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WAIPUKURAU, Tuesday. A six-roomed house, owned by Mrs. J. Davies and occupied by Mr. B. Nickalls, was destroyed by fire at 9.30 this morning. Practically no furniture or personal effects were saved. The house is situated outside the borough, so no high-pressure vater wap available and the brigade was helpless.
