MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. ENTRIES FOR CHATHAM CUP. VISIT FROM WAIKATO TEAM. The management committee of the Auckland Football' Association met last evening. Mr. A. Menzies presiding. It was decided to extend the closing date for entries for the mid-week competition for a further week. W. Wylie and J. Neil, of the Northcote Club, were regraded from senior to second grade. Entries for the Chatham Cup competition were received from the Belmont, Y.M.C.A., Thistle and Ponsonby Clubs. It was decided to proceed with the midget games during the interval in the second senior game at Blandford Park. Porteous, of Tramways, who was ordered off for rough play in the game against Belmont at Victoria Park on Saturday.- was severely reprimanded by the judicial committee; The invitation extended to Waikato to send a representative team to meet Auckland on June 4 has been accepted by that association.
