CHARGES OF THEFT.
TWO MEN SENT FOR TRIAL* Jewellery, crystalware, wireless goods, knives and cameras were among the articles alleged to have been stolen by Erie Taylor, aged 25, warehouseman, and John Henry Graham, aged 27, labourer, who were charged in the Police Court yeeterday with breaking and entering two premises in Onehunga in December and «Janu* ary last. Pleas of not guilty were entered. The police alleged the accused brok® into the house of the Rev. Henry M* Smvthe and stole articles valued at £SB. Various goods valued at £lB were alleged to have been stolen from the shop of Thomas C. Turnbull, chemist. Each accused was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Bail was allowed. 1
