DIVORCE GRANTED.
MORE EVIDENCE FURNISHED. Upon the production of further evidence in support of the divorce petition of Maud Wilkie against Archibald Wilkie, farmer, of Moerewa, Mr. Justice Blair, in the Supreme Court on Saturday, granted a decree nisi. The case had been adjourned from Friday for the production of further evidence. Tho parties wcro married on March 2, 1008, at St. James' Church, Auckland, and lived in the city and elsewhere. There was one child. In October last petitioner went on a holiday to Australia and soon after returning, her sister admitted misconduct with the respondent. Respondent also admitted this, and signed a statement to that effect.
