The Buda Pest correspondent of tho Times reports that Sir Robert BadenPowell and Lord Hampton were enthusiastically welcomed at tho Hungarian capital in connection with an international meeting of tho Girl Scouts. Thousands of Boy and Girl Scouts paraded.
