CONTROL BODY PROPOSED. £BT THLEGRAPH. —FREBB ASSOCTATXCIT.] NAPIER. Friday. At. the annual district meeting of the Ancient Order of Foresters, the following resolution was passed: —"That this meeting of delegates is of opinion that some control body to which all districts would be affiliated should be established in New Zealand for the purpose, among others, of transferring members from one district to another, and that all districts be communicated with to endeavour to give effect to this proposal." Members generally were of opinion thaifc a subsidiary high court should actively function for the purpose,
