SPREAD TO TURKEY.
ADRIANOPLE SHAKEN. FREAK TIDES ELSEWHERE. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. (Received April 26, 8.5 p.m.) ATHENS. April 26. Another earthquake, which is described as disastrous, is reported from Adrianople, in Thrace, Turkey, north-west of the Greek frontier. Freak tides of exceptional height occurred at Piraeus, just south of Athens, and elsewhere. A woman aged 120, who was sheltering in Corinth, was killed by the collapse of a wall.
