REFORM CANDIDATE.
Sir, —"Reformer" was quite clear with his questions in the first iqstance. He not only evaded, but ignored my question when I asked him to point out where the mistake was in the boundaries of Roskill. In his first letter he stated few, if any, of the deputation to Miss Melville were electors. In my reply 1 stated they were all electors, and he still maintained they were not all electors, but did . not trouble to prove it when asked to do so. How sanguine "Reformer" is to expect me to present a whole budget of information to an anonymous correspondent. Why not come out in the open, as at present the advantage is so very one-sided ? No one said delegates were squared, 'but wiles and sharp practice have been used, can be used ( , and will be used, where men work for men. A. Russell.
