RACING DOG'S DEATH.
A VERY SAVAGE ATTACK. There was an unfortunate incident at the Greyhound Coursing Association's meeting at the Epping racecourse last week, says a Sydney paper. At the conclusion of the hurdle race Dapto Chief was savaged by Black Chief and was so severely injured that it had to be destroyed. \
Dapto Chief was known to be a confirmed savager, but recently the association agreed to let him race provided he wore a muzzle. The association has decided that all dogs shall be 'muzzled for «h® next three weeks.
