RIOTING IN BERLIN.
ATTACK BY COMMUNISTS. STEEL HELMET DEMONSTRATION. (Received April 23. 9.55 p.m.) United Service. BERLIN, April 23. Sixty people were arrested in consequence of an election riot, in which Communists attacked a Steel Helmet demonstration in a working class district. Forty persons were injured, many being stabbed.
