Bringing passengers, mail and cargo from Australia the Union Company's intercolonial steamer Marama has reported that she will reach Auckland from Sydney at eight o'clock this morning. She will berth at Queen's Wharf about an hour after arrival. VESSELS DOCKING. The Poolta wont into dock yesterday morning to have her hull cleaned and painted. She will bo undocked this morning and will berth at North Wall to continue her overhaul and survey. The Admiralty oil tanker Ntieula is to go into dock on Thursday for cleaning and painting. TANKER VOCO REPORTS. A wireless message from the Vacuum Oil Company's tanker Voco states she will arrive at. Auckland from San Pedro at noon to-morrow. Tho vessel has a full cargo of bulk petrol. She will unload a quantity at Western Wharf and the remainder at Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. , SUNKEN ROCK REPORTED. A notice in the Gazette states that a sunken rock is reported to exist at a distance of three-quarters of a mile off Miner's Head, Great Barrier Islanid. and in a line with the outer extreme of Moko Hinau A sounding of seven fathoms was obtained in this locality, shortly after which some white patches of rock, indicating a lesser depth, were observed. QUEEN ELEANOR REPORTED. The New Zealand Shipping Company has received advice that the steamor Queen Eleanor reached Colon on April IG, and cleared Balboa the following day. Tho Richardson Line steamer Awahou arrived last evening from the. C<?ast. aind berthed nt Central Wharf. She is to sail at five o'clock this evening for Hicks Bay. Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne. The Make is due at Portland on Thursday morning, and at Auckland on Thursday night. On Friday evening she in scheduled to sail for East Coast bays. Napier and Wairoa. THE SUSSEX. The Union Company adviseß that the Sussex, with Eastern produce from .Calcutta. Rangoon.' Penang, Singapore and Samarang, is expected at Auckland about May 11. The vessel will also unload at Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is scheduled to clear Dunedin on May 25 for Newcastle, and thence probably to Java, en route to Calcutta. ORIENT LINER OP.AMA DELAYED. A Press Association message states tho Orient liner Orama, which was damaged during the recent floods in the Brisbane River, reached Sydney yesterday and will be docked for repairs. In consequence her departure for London has been postponed until May 1. THE PIAKO. The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that the Piako arrived at Napier from Wellington yesterday morning, and she is to sail this evening for Auckland to complete loading refrigerated and general cargo. The vessel is due on Thursday morning and she is expected to sail next Monday for Now York and London. TURAKINA ARRIVED. An arrival last night was the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Turalcina from Liverpool. She will berth this morning at Queen's Wharf to unload general merchandise from West Coast ports of Great Britain.' 1 From Auckland she will go to Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharge. THE HINEMOA. A further wireless message from the Government steamer Hinemoa stated she would reach Auckland from Niue Island to-mor-row. As it is Anzac Day. Spedding, Limited, the local agents of the steamer, have advised the captain to arrive at daybreak on Thursday instead. KARAWA TO RELIEVE NGAPUHI. The Northern Company's steamer Rarawa is undergoing overhaul and refitting preparatory to relieving the Ngapuhi in the Onehunga-New Plymouth passenger service. The Ngapuhi is to leave Onehunga for Auckland on Saturday, and she is due next Monday. On her arrival the crew will be transferred to the Rarawa, which is to leave Auckland next Monday, and is due at Onehunga the following Wednesday. Owing to the change over there will not be a steamer leaving Onehunga for New Plymouth rext Monday, but the Rarawa will resume in the service the following Thursday. R.M.S. NIAGARA IN PORT.
