YOUNG WOMEN VOTERS.
MEETING OF CELEBRATION. MR. BALDWIN GIVES ADVICE. 'A. and N.Z. LONDON. March 8. The girl voters of England celebrated their coming enfranchisement at the Qqeen's Hall this evening at a monster meeting of delegates from 141 of the principal women's societies. The Prime Minister, Mr. Baldwin, was the chief speaker. He called on all women to realise that the new freedom meant only a new duty, for -freedom without obligation was merely licensed anarchy.
