Successful tenderer will, be required to remove Machinery at his own expense within two months . of the date of acceptance of his tender, but a proposal for the use of buildings cow used as the Cannery will receive consideration, and if the continued üße by a successful tenderer of the building for the nurpose of a cannery is arranged. , this stipulation will be waived accordingly.
