AMERICAN PRESIDENCY.

SUPPORT OF "DRY" FACTIONS

POSITION OF MR. W. E. BORAH

A. and'N.Z. NEW YORK. March 8. Borah, says in the current issue of bis paper: "In the event of the 'dry' factions in both parties Mr. Borah will become their Presidential candidate.
