MISLED BY NON-NATIVES.

ADVICE BY ADMINISTRATOR.

OVERDUE TAXES BEING PAID.

By Tclcsraph—Preps Association—Copyright. (Received March 8. 8.42 p.m.) A. and N.Z. APIA. March 7.
