The action in which De Pelichet, McLeod and Company are claiming from William Douglas Lysnar £3OOO under ar> alleged guarantee, was continued in the Supreme Court to-day. After legal argument Mr. Justice Ostler reserved his decision.
Thn defence was that defendant was released from all liability by reason of the plaintiff's refusal to carry out the conditions under which Hie guarantee was given. . . A claim by the same company against William Douglas Lysnar and George H. Lysnar, jointly, for the recovery of ±,<iba alleged to be' due under a promissory note, was also heard. Decision was reserved.
