A TRANSFER AUTHORISED.

The Minister of Justice, Hon. F. J. Kolleston, has advised Mr. W. Jones, member for Marsden, that the Government has approved of the transfer of the Magistrate's Court to the building originally erected as a 4i s^ri< ~t office ior the Railway Department, which has been vacant for some years. The Minister has given instructions for the necessary alterations to be pnt in hand immediately, and he trusts the transfer can be effected at an early date.
