PROPOSED NEW CHURCH.
REMUERA PRESBYTERIANS. Plans for. a new church were discussed at a meeting of members of St. Luke's Presbyterian Church, Keinuera, on Wednesday evening. The minister, tho Rey. J A. Thomson, presided.. The recommendation of'the board of managers that a scheme to raise £15,000 for tho',now btlUtling • should be launched was heartily endorsed. Of this amount, it was stated, £3OOO was already in' hand or promised. It is estimated that, the amount required /Will be sufficient to erect a handsome structure in stone and brick, with accommodation for approximately 350 people.
