REVOLT WRONGLY REPORTED. A. nnd N.Z. PARIS. Feb. 7. With flaring headlines many of, the Paris and London newspapers teported a revolution in Portugal. The report was found to be based on a hoaxed message telephoned to a French news agency, ostensibly from the Portuguese Legation. But Portugal at the.moment is quite tranquil.
