Miss Mary Reid, of Wellington, is a visitor to Auckland. Mrs. Colin Taylor, of New Plymouth, is visiting Auckland. Mrs. Noel Collins, of Wellington, is a visitor to Auckland. Miss Ann Palmer is an Auckland visitor to Wanganui. Mr. and Mrs. Archer, of Wellington, are visiting Auckland. Miss Vernon returned by the Marama from a visit to Sydney. Miss Atkinson has reluned to Timaru after a visit to Auckland. The Misses Bullock, of Hawera, are at present on a visit to Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Johnson, of Auckland, are visiting Christchurch. Mrs. Tomlinson has returned to Auckland after visiting New Plymouth. Mr. and Mrs. J. Mcintosh, of Auckland, ara on a visit to Wanganui. Miss Agnes Lamb arrived in Auckland by the Marama from a visit to Sydney. Mrs. E. W. Griffiths has returned to Auckland after a visit to New Plymouth. Miss Phyllis Neale, who has been on a visit to Auckland, has returned to Napfer. Miss Keary and Mis 3 Ray Keary, of Auckland, are leaving to-day on a visit to Taupo. Mrs. F. Gordon, of Auckland, left for Hamilton recently, where she intends to reside. Mrs. P. A. Syres, of Epsom, is the guest of Mrs. C. W. Hart, Evans Bay, Wellington. Mrs. F. Gruar and Miss I. Gruar have returned to Hamilton from a visit to Takapuna. Mrs. Gaffney and Mrs. T. Cotter, of Auckland, left yesterday by the Aorangi for Sydney. Dr. and Mrs. J. A. Watsor. have returned from a holiday spent in the Bay of Islands. Miss Joan Cousins, who has been spending the holidays at Pailiia, has returned to Auckland. Miss R. M'oore and Miss Foster, of Stratford, have returned home after a visit to Auckland. Miss Alexa Stewart has returned to Masterton after a visit to Mrs. Wall, Remuera, Auckland. Dr. and Mrs. Somervilie and family, of Victoria Avenue, are staying at Sanders Avenue, Takapuna. , Miss Evelyn Palmer, of Auckland, is visiting Stratford, where she is the guest of Miss Hope Penn.' Mr. and Mrs. James Simpson, of Royai Oak. have returned from a holiday spent at the West Coast. — Mr. and Mrs. D. McCormick and family, of Mountain Road, are staying at Sanders Avenue, Takapuna. Mr. and Mrs.. Alec Carson, who have been on a visit to Auckland, have returned to Gisborne. Mis. Lovell-Soundy has returned to Wanganui, after spending a holiday at Wirihana, Mount Eden. Mrs. Mitchell, of Auckland, is visiting New Plymouth, where she is the guest of Mrs. G. M. Kebbell. Mr. and Mrs. J. Frater, of City Road, are staying at Milford Beach for the remainder of the holidays. Miss Norene Bennett and Miss Dorothy Knox, who ha_ve been on a visit to Rotorua, have returned to Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Norwood, of Wanganui, have returned from a motor trip to Auckland, Poverty Bay and Ilawke's Bay. Miss Windeyer, of Sydney, and Miss M. S. Ireland, of Manchester, England, are visiting Auckland, and are staying at the Hotel Car gen. Among the guests staying at the Grand Hotel are:—Lady Alexander Spence, of Dundee, Scotland Mrs. M. S.
