BRITISH CHEMICAL FIRM. REDUCTION ON MARKET PRICE. (British OEicial Wireless.) A. and N.Z. RUGBY, Jan. 29. Imperial Chemical Industries, Ltd , has issued particulars of its employees' shareholding scheme, w.iich was framed with the object of enabling the employees to become personally interested in the fortunes of their business. Shares will be acquired by employees at 2s 6d less than the market price and may bo paid for by instalments spread over two years, no interest being charged on the amount outstanding. Should tho subscribing employee die, the outstanding instalments will be met by the company and the shares included id the employee's estate. '
