FALL OVER CLIFF.
GIRL INJURED AT WAIHEKE. * 1 ACCIDENT ON A WHARF. Through falling over a cliff at Waihoke Island yesterday Miss Hazel Irene Jones, aged 18, received injuries to her spine. She was brought to Auckland by launch and admitted to the hospital late last evening. Miss Jones is a dressmaker, and resides at IS!, Elizabeth Street, Mount Eden. Her condition is not considered to be serious. A case fell on Mr. Adolpho Frederick Hansen, seaman, aged 40, while he was assisting to load the Northern Steamship Company's Taniwha at Paeroa yost.ercilay, and lie sustained spinal injuries. He was brought to Auckland by the vessel late larfc evening and was admitted to the hospital. Mr. Hansen is married and lives at Mount Eden. His condition is not. regarded as serious. * A labourer, Mr. Francesco Terazza, aged 45, who is employed at the Public Works camp at Orakei, was admitted to hospital yesterday afternoon suffering from a fracture of the ankle, sustained through falling from a truck on the now railway line at Orakei.
