OBITUARY.
MR. LOUIS SINCLAIR. (Received January 6, 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z.-Sun. LONDON. Jan. 5. The death has occurred of Mr. Louis Sinclair, a former Conservative member of the House of Commons, aged 67. Air. Lou>is Sinclair was born in 1861. He left England for Australia in 1878, and was engaged in business. He returned to England and was elected! as Conservar tive member of the House of Commons for Romford io 1897, and sat till 1906. He was instrumental in forming the Commercial Committee of the House of Commons, and also in other Parliaments in Europe, and in Australia. He was Permanent Secretary of the Commercial Inter-Parliamentary Congress..
