The Rev. P. T. B. Clayton was the founder of Toe H., and has been its padre since it. began in the \pres salient in 1915. Since 1922 he has been vicar of All Hallows, Barking-bv-the-Tower, the Guild church of Toe H. He was born in Queensland in 1885. Between 1922 and 1925 the Rev P T. B. Clavton toured the Empire and the United States, founding Toe H. branches in America, China, New Zealand. Australia, the Federated Malay States and India.
