Wednesday In connection with the annual examinations under the Coal Mines Act, 1925, held at Huntly, Reefton and Dunedin recently, the Board of Examiners under tho Act, at the annual meeting at Wellington, granted tho following certificates: First-class Mine Managers' Certificates. —Richard Hall, Petone (Brunnerton), John R. Watson (Huntly). Second-class Mine Managers' Certificates: Robert Fleming (Huntly), Valentine Curran (Pukemiro Junction), Robert L. Godden (Pukemiro). William Johnston (Pukemiro), Albert Woods (Millerton), Robert McDonald (Millerton). Mine Surveyors' Certificate.—Bernot E. Edginton (Dunedin).
