ORDER AGAINST HUSBAND. Before Mi Justice Reed, in the Supreme Court yesterday, Phyllis Kathleen Pitcher (Mr. Leahy' sought an order for restitution of conjugal rights against Leslie Her bert George Pitcher. Petitions said they were married in London on Maj 31. 1919. After three months they came to New Zealand and lived in Duncdin until last year, when thf:y came to Auckland. In May last respondent obtained a position with a travelling company and went to the South Island He refused to return, arid the only reply she had received to' her letters was that he was "too"busy to write." He was in Auckland last August, but did not stay with hei md told her he did not intend to. She had been supporting herself and her two children since they came to Auckland Respondent was ordered to return within M days and cost* were granted against him Failure to comply with a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights was the ground for granting a decree nisi to Herbert Walter Kingsland (Mr. Finlay) against Lauza Helen Kingsland.
