The Minister of Transport, Mr. W. W. Ashley, the President of the Board of Trade, Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister, and tho First Lord of the Admiralty, Mr. W. C. Bridgeman. are mentioned in connection with peerages, in order to enablo the Cabinot to be reconstructed.
