PEA-RIFLE ACCIDENT.
BOY WOUNDED IN BODY. [by telegraph.—-own correspondent.] TE KTJITI, Wednesday. The boy, Lawrence McKain, aged 13, who was admitted to the To Kuiti Hospital on Saturday, suffering from a pearifle bullet wound in the body, is reported to bo making good progress. The lad was endeavouring to force a cartridge in the rifle when it accidentally exploded. An operation was performed at the hospital. The boy's parents reside at Pio Pio<
