Vincent last evening:— Fair to cloudy weather is indicated, and overcast at times, with occasional showers, especially in coastal areas. Westerly to south-westerly winds, moderate to strong, veering to north, then freshening. Sea\ moderate. Tropical influences are developing north-westward of the Dominion, and a new disturbance is expected to result.
