MOTOR-VAN STRIKES CAR.
THREE WOMEN THROWN DOWN A motor-van, which was standing at the kerb opposite the Herald yesterday afternoon, was struck by a motor-car, which ran into it when drawing up beside the kerb. The van was forced forward by the blow and knocked down threo women, who had stepped off the pavement. They were not severely hurt, and received attention at the nearby chemist's shop. The right front lamp of the car was smashed and the mudguard dented.
