COMMISSION ON SECURITY. LORD CUSHENDUN'S COMMENT. (Received November 2!), 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z.-Sun. LONDON, Nov. 2S. Lord Cushendun has gone to Geneva as the successor to Viscount Cecil on the Preparatory Commission on Disarmament, which will meet on November 30. Beforo he left. Lord Cushendun said": " Our sole task will bo to appoint the Commission on Security. I think all the excitement this time will lie reserved for the meeting of the Council of the League on December 5."
