PARTNERSHIP DISPUTE.
SETTLEMENT ANNOUNCED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Tuesday. A settlement was announced in tlio Hamilton Supremo Court to'-day in the ease in which Mrs. 0. R. Fairer, Hamilton, widow of the late Mr. A. J. Storey, took proceedings against W. H. hunu\ company manager, Hamilton, and tne Bank of New Zealand. The position in tJuo case was that the late Mr. Storey wa%in partnership wUb Mr. Hume in land "and stock dealing transactions, and after Mr. Storey s death the partnership was continued between Mrs. Farrer and Mr Hume. The action was commenced for a dissolution of partnership and accounts, and for a declaration as to the position between Mrs. Farrer and the Bank of New Zealand as mortgagee to Mr. Hume. Speaking for Mr. F. A. Swarbrick. n» Court to-day, Mr. W. J. King stated that a. settlement satisfactory to all .parties had been reached. On counsel's application the case was struck out.
