MOTOR-CYCLIST'S DEATH.
COLLISION WITH A CAR. YOUTH'S ERROR OF JUDGMENT. [BV TKI.EGE Al'H. —PPvESS ASSOCIATION.] TALMERSTON NORTH. Tuesday. A coronial inquiry was held this morning into tho death of Jack Fleming, aged 17, who died after having sustained injuries in a collision between a motor-cycle lie was riding and a motor-car at a street intersection. Evidence was given that deceased sustained severe internal injuries. The opinion was expressed that if deceased had continued straight on instead of swerving lie would have missed the car. The coroner found that deceased met his death from shock and hemorrhage, the result of severe internal injuries. It had, he said, been a case of misadventure, both motorists appeared to have been approaching tho intersection at more than safe speed, but an error of judgment apparently had been made by Fleming in turning to the left instead of keeping straight on.
