Monday The following is the list of acceptances received for events to be decided at the Waikato Trotting Club's Spring Meeting which takes place next Saturday at Claudelands, Hamilton:—

PACING EXHIBITION. Arrangements have been made by the Waikato Trotting Club with Mr. M Moodabe for Jewel Pointer to pace an exhibition mile at the club's meeting at Claudelands on Saturday. It is understood that the horse will have the assistance of a galloping pacemaker and under favourable conditions he should register good time. As Jewel Pointer's latest exploits hove shown him to be at the top of his form and won him a place among the best pacers in the Dominion, his appearance should prove an attraction.

AUSTRALIAN HORSES. It is very likely that the Australian trainer P. Riddle, who was domiciled in New Zealand for a few years, may pay another visit to the Dominion this year.* He has nominated Sheik, Pandora, Happy Rosa and Native Prince for the Auckland Trotting Club's Summer Meeting and provided that the handicaps are suitable he will make the trip with these horses.
