PAYMENTS IN WAIKATO. [BV TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] HAMILTON', Monday. The wealth of Waikato land is evident from the pay-outs being made by the dairy companies of the district, the distributions from eight of the factories aggregating £92,395, including £16,500 paid out on November 15 to suppliers of the Te Aroha Co-operative Dairy Company. In the Morrinsville area £28,323 is being paid out this month, comprising £17,504 for the Morrinsville Co-operative Dairy Company, £3870 for the Norfolk Co-operative Dairy Company, Motnmaoho, and £6949 for the Tatua Cooperative Dairy Company, Tatuanui. The two factories in the Cambridge district are making a payment totalling over £36.000 to suppliers.

For October, 1626, the pay-out was £11,69? 6s lOd. The total pay-out for the present season to October 31 is £57.561 9s 2d, compared with' £21,566 15s ild for The equivalent' period last year. For its October output the Maungaturoto Dairy Company paid out to suppliers £5733 8s against £4013 8s 6d for October/ 1926. The price paid per lb. was Is 4d for superfine, Is 3jd for first grade and Is for second grade, compared with la o£d, Is and lid on which the previous pay-out was based. The disbursement for the season to October 31 is £11,817 lis, against £7998 6s 5d distributed for the same period last season.
