A VERY FOGGY PLACE.
Two men who had travelled were comparing their ideas about foreign cities. "London," said one, "is certainly the foggiest place in the world." "Oh, no, its not," said tho other. "I've been in a place much foggier than London/' "Where was that ?" asked his interested friend. "I don't know where it was," replied the second man, "it was so foggy!"
