SON-IN-LAW ASSAULTED.;

FAMILY FEARS ACCUSED.

A plea of guilly was entered by George Kemble, aged 57, in the Police Court yesterday to a charge of assaulting his son-in-law, Henry Brewer, at Avondale.

The police stated Brewer and his family considered bhey W6re unsafe when Kemble was drinking.

Accused, who undertook to keep away from his son-in-law's house, was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called, upon within 12 months.
