McKean, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday convicted and fined three Chinese £lO each for remaining in New Zealand for a period longer than that allowed by their* temporary permits. They were Fong Sin, aged 35, Wong See Tong, aged 21, and Yuen Show Quan, aged 27. Deportation orders were made iu all cases.
