RANSOM TO BE PAID.
M, STEEG'S RELATIVES
(Received November 11, 5.5 p.m.) S, m . PARIS, Nov 11. It is reported that the French authorities in Morocco have agreed to pay a ransom of £5645 for the release of the four members of the family oI the Resi-dent-General, M. titeeg, who are captives of Riff tribesmen.
