LEFT-OVER SANDWICHES.
Make a batter as you would for pancalces and let it stand for half-an-hour. Dip each sandwich into the batter, turning it over in order to 6oak it well. Then fry to a golden brown in a small quantity of fat. No matter how dry the sandwiches may have been, they will now make a delicious supper dish.
