AN AMAZING WILL.
BEQUEST TO "DEVILS."
SPANISH COURT PUZZLED,
" The devils," frames unspecified, are beneficaries under the will of a man named Deulosen, whoso will was lately before the Madrid courts. Aj the number of devils ;s legion, according to Scripture, there is .ikely to he some difficulty in determining who is to be the recipient of the beqnest made to them. The dispute which has brought the extraordinary will into court does not, however, concern the legacy to the devils, but the disposition of his other property which he bequeathed to a home for the aged. "I abandon my soul to the devils who are clever enough to get hold of it," wrote Deulosen. He added, "I leave my goods to man, not that man, an animal, merits the least regard, but if I did otherwise the savage beasts would find a means of seizing my property by violence."
The Court is greatjy puzzled by this clause in the will*
