FERRY EXCURSIONS.
A novelty in the shape of 6d excursions to any of the wharves served on the North Shore by the ferries has been arranged by the North Shore Expansion League for next week-end. Motorists have been considered, for they may travel at half-rate on the motor ferry. The excursionists have thus the choice of six trips at 6d: Devonport, Stanley, Bayswater, Northcote, Birkenhead and Chelsea. Tourists may go further afield, as bubes run to Takapuna, Milford, Birkdale and Beachhaven. §
